We are excited to offer an elevated experience to highlighting this year's gala with VIP packages.
We would love to provide these to all the amazing attendees and performers; however, we truly want to be with you in the moment... not to simply rush along with any "process."
To ensure our VIPs with a truly attentive and catered experience, we have a limited availability offered to the first 10 orders we receive.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will create a custom gallery specifically for you that will hold all photos and videos we capture of you throughout the duration of the event.
Your VIP package includes all of the photos we capture of you, your media recap reel, up to 3 minutes of video clips, and all of your 360° video booth spins. If you purchase any performance videos, they will also be included in your personalized gallery.
Join us on a tour around the hotel for a personalized photo session with unique backgrounds.
You will receive a gallery link to the photos from this session. Five digital downloads will be included with the price of this photo session. You will have the option to purchase additional photos from this session at half price.
A 30-60 second compilation including photos and video that we've captured of you throughout the event to highlight memorable moments.
You will also receive 10 of the photos we use in your reel as digital downloads.
Both the reel and the 10 photos will be available to you within 14 days of the conclusion of the event via a secured link to a gallery where you can view, download, and share at your convenience.
20-30 second video clips of you throughout the event (unedited) including, but not limited to:
